      HOW MUCH TIME DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE A NEON SIGN

      Our signs are hand made and all of us make to order. The sign production period is from 5 to 7 days, depending on the complexity of the design.

      Production times may vary during the holiday season.

      I RECEIVED MY TRACK A FEW DAYS AGO AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK.

      Shipping documents are created after the order. The tracking number starts working as soon as your map is made and shipped.

      CAN I ADD PERSONALIZATION?

      If you want to make changes to the design, write to us and we will calculate the cost. The minimum price for personalization is $10.
